Agreement and authority
These Terms govern access to SitePro Max, a service of Sozo Property Solutions LLC. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you use SitePro Max for a business or invite other users, you represent that you have authority to act for that business and to manage the information and access you provide.
Accounts and company access
Provide accurate registration information, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Company administrators may invite users, assign roles, limit access, and manage company records. Access to a company account may depend on your employment, contract, invitation, compliance status, or assignment. Do not share an account or attempt to bypass tenant, role, or job boundaries.
Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and generate requested outputs from that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for having permission to submit customer, worker, subcontractor, property, photo, document, signature, location, financial, and other information. You are also responsible for reviewing records and communications before sending or relying on them.
Acceptable use
You may not use SitePro Max to violate law, harm others, compromise the service, or misuse another person’s or company’s information.
- Do not access an account, tenant, project, or record without authorization.
- Do not upload malware, probe security controls, disrupt service, scrape protected data, or evade technical limits.
- Do not submit content you lack the right to use or use the service for fraud, harassment, discrimination, or unlawful surveillance.
- Do not represent AI output, estimates, code information, or generated documents as independently verified when they are not.
AI-assisted features
AI features can help draft scopes, analyze supplied context, perform lookups, and answer field questions. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular project.
You must review AI output and apply professional judgment before using it for pricing, contracting, construction, safety, legal, tax, financial, or code-compliance decisions. AI output is not a substitute for a licensed professional, an authority having jurisdiction, or an executed contract.
Third-party services and payments
Optional services such as Stripe-hosted payments, QuickBooks Online through Apideck, notifications, email, product search, speech transcription, and AI providers are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent service, availability, or decisions.
SitePro Max may help a contractor create and deliver estimates or invoices, but the contractor is the party offering the work and collecting the customer payment. Public subscription pricing, trial terms, and paid-plan terms are not established by these Terms and must be presented separately before purchase.
Service changes, suspension, and termination
Features may change as the product develops. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, enforce these Terms, respond to legal requirements, address security or nonpayment, or prevent harm.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Company records may be controlled by the company account and some records may need to be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page.
Ownership and feedback
SitePro Max, its software, design, documentation, and related intellectual property belong to Sozo Property Solutions LLC or its licensors. These Terms permit use of the service; they do not transfer ownership.
If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular business results, or that generated content will be error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation of liability, indemnity, service level, refund right, or governing-law term must come from an applicable signed agreement or mandatory law; none is invented here.
Changes and questions
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
Use Support for account or service questions and Contact for legal or business questions.
