Start a request
While signed in to the SitePro Max app, open Settings, choose Delete account, review the impact, and enter the exact confirmation phrase shown on screen. Team members delete their individual account; company owners confirm deletion of the company workspace and its associated accounts.
If you cannot access the app, use Support and choose Privacy or account deletion. Submit the request from the email address used for the account when possible. Do not send a password, authentication code, payment-card number, or private key.
What deletion covers
A verified request is intended to remove the authentication account and personal information associated solely with that user when it is not required to be retained. Deactivation alone is not treated as a completed deletion request.
SitePro Max is multi-tenant business software. Customer, job, proposal, signature, invoice, payment, tax, compliance, audit, and shared company records may belong to or be needed by the company account, another party to a transaction, or a legal recordkeeping process. Depending on the record, we may delete it, de-identify it, restrict it, or preserve it with another authorized custodian.
Retention exceptions
Information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax or accounting records, signed transactions, legal holds, enforcement, or other legal obligations. Residual copies may remain in backups until they age out under operational backup schedules.
The repository does not establish a universal deletion deadline or retention schedule, so this page does not promise one. A verified response should explain any material category that cannot be deleted and the reason it is retained.
Before you request deletion
Export or preserve records you are authorized and required to keep, resolve access for other company administrators, and disconnect optional integrations where appropriate. Deletion can make account access and associated personal settings unrecoverable.
In-app deletion and confirmation
SitePro Max provides an in-app deletion path in Settings. The app requires an exact, case-sensitive confirmation before sending an authenticated deletion request. After the server confirms deletion, the app clears supported offline work queues, signs the user out, and returns to the sign-in screen.
A failed request leaves the session active and displays an error so the user can try again or contact Support. The public website explains the process and provides an access-recovery path; it does not replace the signed-in confirmation for users who can access the app.
